Which personal data we process, why, and what rights you have.

2. Data we process
Account data (name, email, language and currency), data about how you use the portal (favourites, saved searches, messages) and technical data (IP address, device, cookies).
3. Why we process it
To provide the service and run your account, to pass on messages to advertisers, to keep the portal secure and prevent abuse, and, with your consent, for statistics and marketing.
4. Messages and translation
The content of messages and listings may be sent to a translation provider in order to translate it. Messages are visible only to their participants and, when handling an incident, to authorised support staff.
5. Who we share data with
Advertisers, to the extent you include data in a message; infrastructure, payment and translation providers; and public authorities where the law requires it.
6. Retention
We keep data while your account exists and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal duties and defend legal claims.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can delete your account and its data in account settings. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
