Advertiser terms
The rules for agencies and agents who advertise on Gloresta.
1. Organisations and roles
Listings are published from an organisation. The owner is responsible for its details and for the team members they give access to.
2. Verification
The operator may ask to verify an organisation before its first listing goes live.
3. Credits and fees
Publishing and promoting listings is paid with the organisation’s credits. The price and credit use are shown in the organisation area before you confirm. When credits run out, listings may be hidden from search.
4. Listing rules
A listing must be accurate, use your own photos and must not mislead. Listings are reviewed and may be sent back for changes or rejected with a reason.
5. Handling enquiries
Messages from interested people are personal data. You may use them only to answer the enquiry and should reply in good time.
6. Ending the relationship
An organisation can be closed in its settings. The operator may end the relationship after repeated or serious breaches of the rules.
