Terms of use
The rules for using Gloresta, for visitors and signed-in users.
1. Operator and scope
Gloresta is operated by Gloresta s.r.o., Prague (the “operator”). The portal lets you search for properties, save them, contact advertisers and use automatic translation of texts.
The operator is not a party to any sale or rental contract made between users and advertisers.
2. User account
Anyone aged 18 or over may create an account. Registration details must be true and you are responsible for keeping your password safe.
You can close your account at any time in account settings. The operator may restrict or close an account that breaks these terms.
3. Listing content
The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of a listing. The operator reviews listings and may reject, hide or remove those that break the law or these terms.
The exact address of a property is never shown publicly; only an approximate area is.
4. Automatic translation
Listing texts and messages may be translated automatically. A translation is for information only and may contain errors; the original wording always prevails.
5. Messages
Messages between users and advertisers are only for talking about the properties offered. Unsolicited advertising, fraudulent or abusive content is not allowed.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for listing content, for the actions of advertisers or for damage caused by the portal being unavailable.
7. Disputes and contact
Questions and complaints can be sent through support on the Help page. These terms are governed by Czech law. The operator may change the terms and will inform users of material changes.
